Elyaf Tekstil was established in 1987 by young entrepreneurs Sami Bilge and Seref Yoldas .
It was born of a dream of two families ; a dream made of knowledge and tradition that continues to pass from generation to generation.
Today, in it’s field, it is one of the few complete vertical production unit which consists of twisting , warping, weaving, dying-printing and finishing. Elyaf’s growth strategy is grounded on a vertical integration of its production as well as innovation and design.
Our business is to challenge ourselves to reduce customers’ risks at every step from design to production. This is the value that we create. Thanks to our vertical production units , we guarantee flexibility, versatility along with reliable quality and delivery date management. Today the company is being operated by 2nd generation family members, with the passion and youth , we create fashion with awareness of our responsibility for humanitorian and enviromental issues.
We follow our carbon footprint calculations for Scope 1 and 2 through the Bluwin company-approved brand portal. We also cross-check with HIGG vFEM.
We have ISO 50001 Energy management certificate. We determined our long-term projects with our energy audit results.
20% of the electrical energy used is provided by rooftop solar power plant. We complete the remaining part with I-REC and use 100% renewable energy.
We will complete our RES investment by the end of April 2024.
The efficiency of our new machine investments is high and the water usage rates are much lower than our existing machines.
We plan to create our digital factory twin and monitor the process effects with our R&D projects.
