Süleyman Ölçer established Ölçerler Tekstil in 1991, and the company has since become one of Turkey’s leading textile companies. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility, established in 2015 in the Kütahya Organized Industrial Zone, conducts integrated production from yarn to fabric. It exports to over 20 countries. With a monthly weaving capacity of 1 million metres, Ölçerler Tekstil is a producer of a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, linen, viscose, denim and more. By generating approximately 2.84 MW of power thanks to the solar energy power plant that we installed on our roof to leave the next generations a more liveable future, we prevent an average of 1 million 337 thousand 346 kg of carbon emissions and thus, save an average of 202 trees annually.
